William L. Keller, Esquire,
Temple University School of Law in 1967, has been an active trial lawyer
specializing in FELA for over 30 years. His father was a conductor for the
Pennsylvania Railroad for 43 years and a former local chairman at his lodge.
Mr. Keller is past president
of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers’ Association and past president of the
Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys. A testament to his reputation in the legal
community was when he was appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to
be Chairman of the State Disciplinary Board which regulates lawyers’
conduct.
Mr. Keller has tried hundreds
of cases in venues from Boston, Massachusetts to Chicago, Illinois to
Jackson, Mississippi and places in between achieving seven figure results.
Along with his vast FELA
experience, Mr. Keller has represented various rail labor unions in Railway
Labor Act cases involving work stoppage and temporary restraining orders.
In addition, he has helped numerous injured railroad workers in obtaining
their occupational annuity pensions from the United States Railroad
Retirement Board - free of charge.
Not withstanding his FELA
practice, Mr. Keller handles medical malpractice, products liability, motor
vehicle and other serious personal injury matters.
