William L. Keller, Esquire
William L. Keller, Esquire, Temple University School of Law in 1967, has
been an active trial lawyer specializing in FELA for over 30 years.
His father was a conductor for the Pennsylvania Railroad for 43 years and a
former local chairman at his lodge. Mr. Keller is past
president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers’ Association
and past president of the Academy of Rail Labor
Attorneys. A testament to his reputation in the
legal community was when he was appointed by the Supreme
Court of Pennsylvania to be Chairman of the State
Disciplinary Board which regulates lawyers’ conduct.
Mr. Keller has tried hundreds of cases in venues from
Boston, Massachusetts to Chicago, Illinois to Jackson,
Mississippi and places in between achieving seven figure
results. Along with his vast FELA
experience, Mr. Keller has represented various rail
labor unions in Railway Labor Act cases involving work
stoppage and temporary restraining orders. In
addition, he has helped numerous injured railroad
workers in obtaining their occupational annuity pensions
from the United States Railroad Retirement Board - free
of charge. Not withstanding his FELA
practice, Mr. Keller handles medical malpractice,
products liability, motor vehicle and other serious
personal injury matters. |

Robert S. Goggin, III, Esquire
Robert S. Goggin, III, a graduate of
St. Joseph’s University and Widener University School of
Law, began his career in the Philadelphia District
Attorney’s Office in 1989. Thrust directly into
the courtroom, Bob’s skills sharpened through the years
of trial work designed to protect the citizens of
Philadelphia. Bob put these skills to
work for the cause of labor after leaving the DA’s
office. He represented various unions including
correctional officers, tradesmen and laborers.
This additional level of experience has increased his
abilities when litigating on behalf of Rail workers.
Bob’s success in FELA cases has resulted in numerous
million dollar verdicts. In addition to handling
FELA cases, Bob also handles medical malpractice,
products liability, motor vehicle and other serious
personal injury matters.

James M. Duckworth, Esquire James M. Duckworth, Esquire is an experienced
lawyer who joined the firm of Keller & Goggin, P.C. in
March of 2003. Before joining the firm, Jim
represented police officers, correctional officers, and
other government officials who were accused of violating
the federal civil rights of others. Jim has tried
numerous matters in United States District Court as well
as in State Court. Jim graduated from
the Pennsylvania State University in 1990 and shortly
thereafter began a career in corrections. Jim
later attended Widener University School of Law (evening
division) and graduated in 1998. Jim is admitted
to the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United
States District Court for the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey, and the United States
District of New Jersey. Jim is eligible for
temporary admissions in all other bars within the United
States. Currently, Jim is a candidate for an
L.L.M. in trial advocacy from Temple University, the top
rated trial advocacy program in the United States
according to U.S. News and World Report (2004). |
